At Avery Jude, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns
You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
Trying on items is allowed; wearing items is not permitted.
Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process
Register your return by emailing info@averyjude.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
Return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
