Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected during busy periods or due to customs procedures.

Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. As a result, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on the weight of the order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Responsibility

  • If tracking information confirms that a parcel has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Please check your delivery address carefully. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
